All payments are final after 24 hours of canceling your art. There are NO refunds after 24 hours!

 

Request Form

To get artwork from Dana The Artist, you must fill out an art request form. All information must be correct when filling out the request form.

 

How Long Will It Take For My Art To Get Here?

All artwork may take up 5-20 business days depending on the complexity of the art requested. Dana The Artist would like to know when you would need the art by so Dana The Artist can plan accordingly. Keep in mind, the date you give to Dana The Artist is indeed a suggestion.

Canceling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours of your request form submitted for a full refund.

 

Changing Your Art Request

If you decide to change your art request, you must fill out a new request form and email Dana The Artist that you want to change your request within 24 hours of your first request form. If you fail to do so, your art change will be denied with NO refund.
